1. Is this a neurology clinic or pain management clinic?
Dr. Yu specializes in both neurology and pain management.
2. Are you open on the weekends?
No, we are not. Please see the contact page for our office hours.
3. Do you take Walk-in appointments?
No, we do not. Please call the office at (470) 268-6980 to request an appointment, or request online.
4. How can I make a new patient appointment?
You may request a new patient appointment online by filling out the new patient appointment
request form. The office staff will contact you within 2 business days. You may also call the office at (470) 268-6980 and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.
5. Can I make follow up appointments online?
Yes, you may. However, please keep in mind that the time we need to confirm your appointment
from online requests is 2 business days. If you need a quicker response, please call the office.
6. Can I cancel or reschedule appointments online?
No, you must call the office to cancel or reschedule your appointments.
7. Do I need a referral to be a new patient? Is your providers in-net with my insurance?
It is your responsibility to contact your insurance to find out if you need a referral to see a specialist, and if Dr.Yu in in-net with your insurance. If it is required, you may ask your primary care provider to fax the referral to 888-815-1765.
9. What is the appointment policy, including cancellations?
Patients are required to call the office at (470) 268-6980 to cancel or reschedule appointments 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. You may leave a voice message if you call after office hours. You will be charged a self-pay of $30 for each no-show of your appointment. Appointment reminder phone calls will be made prior to your appointment.
